BFCS hosted a diabetes education session for the York Seniors community, led by Dr. Logi Umaharan. The session emphasized early detection, healthy lifestyle choices, and practical self-management strategies, while fostering meaningful intergenerational engagement between seniors and BFCS student leaders. Together, we strengthened community health through shared learning and compassion.
